im startin 9th on thursday. wat do u mean by funcitons something like f(x)= 3x and then they give u like f(3) and u gotta find wat f(3) equals. those functions?

yea where they give u the domain n u have to find range n stuff im confused.....

it's simple domain is X and range is Y (X,Y) so if u have [(1,2)(2,3)(3,4)] domain would be 1,2,3 and range would ve 2,3,4 and thats a function. if u had [(1,2)(1,3)(3,4)], thats not a function because the domain cant have 2 different ranges and since its (1,2) and (1,3) thats not a function because the 1 is in both but the range is different
