I don't know.Miley and her family in the show are the main's.welll lily and oliver r main c's too and theyre miles friends so I guess its only fair if he is one too because hes a main characters friend as the others.So yeah he should probably.

I just think its funny that my principal is named Mr. Stewart ( so when they call Robbie that its a little weird) and his son's name is Cooper. Weird that if Jackson and Coop were related they'd be using his name????!!!

What determines if you're a main character is if you're in every episode; he's not so he can't be a main character. I mean, just look at all the other main characters: The're in EVERY Episode!

yeah ur right and cooper isnt in every episdoe and i think that the main characters have to be seen at least once in the episode

I think he needs to be in every episode to be a main character. But he's not too cool. I'm kinda glad he's not a main character. It's jus' like the rico kid.

i think they should make him one. right now he isnt in all the episodes...but he's that funny that makes me think "man that dude is dumb", so he should be in all of 'em from now on!
