This is how to make beams around a person

press Layer > new > layer

then use this tool

the pen looking thing

then make your lines

next left click > stroke path

now left click > delete path
sevan
go to layer > layer style > outer glow
and make whatever color you want
^ this part is optional ^

use your eraser and erse everyother line
your done :) congratz
