Photoshop CS4 Help!

OK, I just got Photoshop CS4 today, & I can't figure out how to change the pictures size. Help! lol.

Oh, so you have to change it BEFORE you put the picture on the canvas thing?

And CTRL + T only works for like one of the pictures on the canvas at a time.
Unless they're linked, you know, but whateverr.

Sorry Mandi haha. My brain isn't functioning normally.
And yea, ctrl+t for while you're making blends, but I'd use the image>image size if you
have one picture on a canvas.
