I'm making this wallpaper (http://i640.photobucket.com/albums/uu122/Jonas_Luver_2009/AshleeSimpsonOuttaMyHead.png)
1. Take any stripped texture. Set as background. MINE (http://fc08.deviantart.com/fs41/f/2009/010/c/3/stripe_background_by_hotaru_tenten.jpg) (you can change the size and colour to) (1024x768)
2. Add a sub-background. MINE (http://lh4.ggpht.com/2digitos/SCyc3nAhV8I/AAAAAAAAAXY/LEVnponabBQ/s800/floral_swirls.jpg) (or something similar you can change the colour by going to the brightness and making it lighter, then to the colour balance, and the back to the brightness and making it darker {if you wish}) Place wherever.
3. Take a heart or something, and add to the background. Add a drop shadow. MINE (http://image24.webshots.com/24/9/19/14/94491914YlkvRz_fs.jpg) (I cut the flower out, and made it smaller) Place wherever.
4. Flatten your image. So it’ll look something like this (http://i640.photobucket.com/albums/uu122/Jonas_Luver_2009/Tuts/likethis1.jpg) .
5. Now open a new document (640x480). And make a blend. ( do you colourings, ect…)
6. Paste it on to your 1024x768 document.
7. Put this (http://i31.tinypic.com/312iys7.png) frame around it rotate it (90 degrees) , and make it the correct size.
8. Merge your blend and the frame down, and make it smaller (If you want) {I went from 845x660 to 640x500}
9. Place it anywhere. Add a drop shadow, uncheck allow resizing.
10. Add your text. Sharpen. And save as .PNG

I am going to show you how to make something similar to THIS (http://i640.photobucket.com/albums/uu122/Jonas_Luver_2009/taylorblendrequest.png) blend. (500x250 sized document)
1. I took THESE (http://t-swift.com/pictures/displayimage.php?album=311&pos=3)THREE (http://t-swift.com/pictures/displayimage.php?album=311&pos=9)PICTURES (http://t-swift.com/pictures/displayimage.php?album=311&pos=7). And I made a simple blend like THIS (http://i640.photobucket.com/albums/uu122/Jonas_Luver_2009/Tuts/psd.png). And since I need it later, I saved it.
2. Then I took a bunch of different textures and set them to different settings. I’m using::
ONE (http://i640.photobucket.com/albums/uu122/Jonas_Luver_2009/Tuts/awmp_diverse07.jpg) and set it to screen>100.0. TWO (http://i640.photobucket.com/albums/uu122/Jonas_Luver_2009/Tuts/awmp_berries.jpg) and set it to soft light>100.0. Duplicate base. Bring to top. Set to overlay>100.0. THREE (http://i640.photobucket.com/albums/uu122/Jonas_Luver_2009/Tuts/awmp_defocusedlights04.jpg) take these TWO (http://i640.photobucket.com/albums/uu122/Jonas_Luver_2009/Tuts/awmp_defocusedlights03.jpg) textures and set them both to screen>100.0. FOUR (http://i640.photobucket.com/albums/uu122/Jonas_Luver_2009/Tuts/awmp_diverse04.jpg) and set to overlay>100.0. FIVE (http://i640.photobucket.com/albums/uu122/Jonas_Luver_2009/Tuts/awmp_others02.jpg) and set to burn>100.0. Duplicate base and set to screen>100.0.
3. Take this LAST (http://i640.photobucket.com/albums/uu122/Jonas_Luver_2009/Tuts/awmp_rainbowtentacles2.jpg) texture, and set to darken only >100.0.
4. After that I opened up the blend again. Made it smaller. Duplicated it, made the bottom one black and white. And rotated it.
5. Then I added text, and sharpened it, and voila there’s your blend.
