we're gonna play with textures hehe :P

Step 1:
Open, sharpen & desature your base.

Step 2:
Add this (http://i658.photobucket.com/albums/uu302/michellesgraphix/luckie%20newie%20xD/99MBSPMisc142.png) or this (http://i658.photobucket.com/albums/uu302/michellesgraphix/luckie%20newie%20xD/99MBSPMisc211.png) or this (http://i658.photobucket.com/albums/uu302/michellesgraphix/luckie%20newie%20xD/99MBSPMisc212.png) texture (by 99mb) - overlay OR multiply (depends on your base), erase off the part you dont want to keep.

Step 3:
Add this (http://i658.photobucket.com/albums/uu302/michellesgraphix/luckie%20newie%20xD/texture.jpg) texture (by idk ?) - screen 40%, erase off the part you dont want to keep.

Step 4:
Add this (http://i658.photobucket.com/albums/uu302/michellesgraphix/luckie%20newie%20xD/99MBlighttext13.png) texture (by 99mb) - lighten 100%, erase off the part you dont want to keep.

& you're done, easy huh :P
