step 1; Duplicate your bg (so that u have a spare)
step 2; Choose selective coloring and set it like this;

step 4; Duplicate the bg again and set it on the top.
step 5; Now go to selective coloring and set it like this;

step 6; Set the layer to hard light and now you're done!:))

[for gimp]

step 1; take your pic.
step 2;duplicate the bg and go to channel mixer and set it lik this;

red;
100
-5
-32


green;
16
52

blue;

step 3; then duplicate the bg again and set the layer at the top,
step 4; go to curves and set it like this;

RGB;
111 x 138

RED;
146x128

GREEN;
127x117

BLUE;
139x117

step 4; Set the layer to color burn

step 5; now you're done;
