Step one: Layer>>New Adjustment Layer>> Hue/Saturation
Master: 0/-21/0

Step two: Layer>>New Adjustment Layer>>Selective Coloring
Reds: -92/-6/+10/-16
Yellows: -89/+26/+8/-20
Whites: +28/+17/+14/+19
Neutrals: +7/+5/-10/-9

Step three: Layer>> New Adjustment Layer>>Color Balance
Midtones: +16/+9/-10
Shadows: -13/+3/+16
Lights: -7/+6/+1

Step four: Layer>>New Adjustment Layer>> Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: -7
Contrast: +2

Step five: Layer>>New Adjustment>>Levels
RBG: 14/1.23/255

And You're done!
