uhm i would have to pick miley b/c shes great obviously and seems down to earth and like she would be a good friend. i think shes really talented and pretty. personally (no offense to people who like ashley tisdale) but i think shes kind of annoying except on the suite life, i like her on there. BUT i def. choose Miley.
