she should have said she was miley, and that would have ended the whole hannah thing.

since theres not gonna be a season 4, that would be perfect.

Well, people made her to stay Hannah. She didn't want to. But the crowd insisted on it. Besides Travis insisted on it too and she loved him. So she decided to stay Hannah for scene.

I really liked it, but I really expected more from it, like more funny stuff, more love -like in the family-, less mean-ness from Travis (I felt him very mean) and more time. It was quite a small movie.
I think Travis was too harsh with Miley, like "oh, she's a superstar, egocentric and whatever". And I didn't actually feel Hannah was like being all ego-ish, because she wasn't at all! She just wanted to go back and in the shoes fight, she was fighting for her best friend, not just because she wanted. Well there are some little ego moments, but she acts more egocentric in the show.
I also felt there should be more dad love towards her, I don't know it felt like she was all alone.
But you know, thinking about the movie at the end, I think it was worth it, but I wouldn't make it quite a Hannah Movie, I think it was... I don't know this movie had something weird. But pretty good, um maybe 4 out of 5 stars?

Me and brother were planning on seeing it at the cinema but so much stuff happened that we ended up missing it so when we got the DVD we watched it twice in a week. It's a lot more grown up than the TV Series and I think non fans can really enjoy it too as it's pretty much a stand alone piece. A sequel would be a brilliant way to end the franchise.

I really dont know why the movie got so many put downs to be honest
As an older fan that most people, I still went to see this in the cinema with a friend on the day after release, and when she came with me she'd never seen an episode of HM before, and she really enjoyed it and found it quite funny
The only thing that spoiled it a bit, is it didnt feel like it connected to the tv show at all, where there wasnt much of Jackson, Oliver or Lily, but I suppose thats why the story revolved around Miley/Hannah and going back to her roots
This still was 1 of the best films ive seen this year though (I do still feel a lot younger!) and have watched the blu-ray a few times as well, really hope they think about doing a sequel in the near future :D

I enjoyed it in theatres but looking back, it could have been better. I just thought the story was too generic and they made our goofy, bubbly Miley really mellow and serious. Plus there was too much slapstick humour. Dropping things and tripping isn't always that funny. But, I loved Miley's performance and the music and it was satisfying.
A sequel would be awesome but apparently we're not getting one. I forget who said this, I think the director probably- he said Miley's too old and they're definitely not doing another movie. We're just getting an hour long finale to wrap things up at the end of season four.
