The main reason I can think of is that those are going to be out on the DVD, so they're gonna be bonus features.

i dont think their ment to be in the movie....some of them just look like behind the scenes sorta stuff like miley and lily being silly they wouldnt make sence in the actual scene they were doing.....if you get what i mean....like when miley had the mop on her head, like a wig....

yeah they wouldnt put that in the movie cuz in the movie when she went in the closet, she didnt have time to waste.

i was at that pier where that part of the movie was filmed. i really wanted to go on the ferris wheel but i couldn't
