View Full Version : Miley Cyrus: "I Can't Be Hannah Montana Forever"

Miley Cyrus hopes Hannah Montana: The Movie (out April 10) won't be the last time people get to see her beloved Disney character.

"This movie was never meant to be the end of Hannah Montana," she tells April's Billboard magazine. "The thing is, a lot of people put where the show's future lays in my hands — and it's not up to me. It's up to Disney and whether they want more episodes, and we hope that they do." (A Disney Channel rep says the network is still considering the option to renew the show for a fourth season.)

Still, the 16-year-old -- who recently released the memoir Miles to Go -- says she has come to terms that her Hannah Montana days are winding down.

"It's just an honor for people to be able to relate to me and my music — and not so much the character anymore," she says. "I can't be Hannah Montana forever. I have to have something after this. I can't do this when I'm 30."

Taking a break from the show has its plusses, she says.

"It's, like, the first time I've seen all my friends in seven months," says Cyrus, who is dating model Justin Gaston, 20. "It's hard, man. With all the stuff that goes on with this business, I only want to do something if I absolutely love it."

NO! No HM season 4 please! It will suck. I just have that feeling...

No, I think there needs to be a 4th. I just do. Give her a little more time to move on and have a transition.

And I think the 3rd season is Amazing!!

because Season3 is a amazing Season. But they are doing evrything in Season3, drivers-permitt, Loliver, The Movie, Jackson heading to Collage and many more to come.

Season 4 will just be milked out.

Milked out.. You must be kidding around. We got drugs, alcoholisms, gang activity, pregnancy, gambling addiction, gun running, human trafficking, political bribery, cult formation, and tax evasion to name just a few story directions. Season four could be a trend setter for Disney.:D:D:D:D:D;)

I don't know, but he was awesome. If they do a season 4 Jackson will be in college, and he needs a roomate ;).

Kinda off topic but if you bu your tickets for the HM movie off fandango they send you a code to get the climb musiv video off itunes. I just pre-ordered my tickets while i bought tickets for another movie and that offer came up.

He only lasted for the first season. He was replaced by that fat character Thor for a few episodes in season 2, but there hasn't been a regular friend character for Jackson since then. As for the actor who played Cooper, Andre Kinney, he's in a movie that's been airing on Hallmark channel called Relative Stranger.

To whoever says Season 3 sucks, it doesn't suck. There are some good episodes. I think they'll do a Season 4.

season 3 is AWESOME. it's comedy genius. it's witty. it's not just bathroom humor or stupid stunts for laughs. it's well thought out writing and comedy.
