ITunes pre-order video help!

I pre-ordered the soundtrack on ITunes and all day Tuesday have been wondering why it didn't show up to download- I ended up finding out that my order didn't register on their end! They said "there was nothing they could do because the download time had expired," blah blah blah :mad: I am sooooo upset with how it was handled...Anyway, is there any one really really nice who would be willing to pm me the videos from the pre-order for my Ipod? Or do you know if they are up to download anywhere?
