i'd say miley is the best actor, not only because im in DEEP LOVE with her (of which i am), but because she honestly is great. she is the most beautiful girl in the world, she is so sweet, and she is an overall nice girl. she sings, dances, and acts, she's got talent. i could talk good things about miley ALL day, but im jus keepin to the point of this thread, lol.
