Miley-Cyrus.com Layout Contest

Hello :D In honor of the upcoming anniversary for Miley-Cyrus.com the mods are holding a layout contest. In this contest you will make one layout, which includes the banner and navigation bar (see size requirements below). The layout must include recent pictures of Miley and you will be judged on how creative your layout is. Any member can join the contest.

Rules/Requirements and Information:

You will have the week to work on the layout and submit in to one of the mods.
Your banner must be at least 780x250, and the navigation should be 780x30.
All programs except paint are acceptable.
Recent pictures should be used.


Sign up's will be all of this weekend and the contest will start on Monday, March 27th. You will have until 10:00 PM central time, Friday the 20th to finish your layout and send it in to a mod. Any late entries will not be included or judged. Judging will take place after all entries have been sent in. The winner will have their layout put on the front page of the site for the day (miley-cyrus.com) and a skin for the forum. We hope to see you sign up and take part in the contest! :D

No knowledge of coding is required ;) and I just put up the form.
For the bg, you don't have to make one, we'll just use a regular color. :)
