[paintshoppro--tutorials]
I have gotten many comments on my coloring and
blending techniques, so i have decided to make a tutorial
for everyone! These tutorials are easily transferable to many
programs. Sadly, this is the only program i have, so i am not
able to post any of my tutorials using a different program
(i.e. photoshop).
MORE TUTORIALS COMING SOON

Step Two:
Make another RASTER LAYER and fill with #E9A5FF (a pink color).
Set this layer to SOFT LIGHT at 100%
Step Three:
Duplicate your background layer (i.e. your picture) and bring to the top.
Set this layer to SOFT LIGHT at 100%
Step Four:
Make yet another RASTER LAYER and fill with #9BCADD (a light blue color).
Set this layer to BURN at 36%
Step Five:
Go to LAYERS>>>NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER>>>HUE/SATURATION/LIGHTNESS
and enter these settings:
MASTER-- Saturation 15 Hue 22
REDS-- Saturation 11 Hue-9
Step Six:
Go to LAYERS>>>NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER>>>COLOR BALANCE
and enter these settings;
MIDTONES: -21 -24 -20
SHADOWS: -15 20 0
Step Seven:
Do STEP TWO again, and set to SOFT LIGHT at 18%
OPTIONAL:
You can also do STEP THREE again, and set to 36%
remember:
since the original coloring on pictures is different,
any of these layers can easily be adjusted for the desired effect.
