Mike Schmid, Miley's keyboardist since Best of Both Worlds tour leaving Miley for Miranda Cosgrove??

Says he audition for Miranda's band??

I like Mike....he's the one who introduced me to twitter when he first twittered while on the BOBW TOUR.

Miley said on the BOBW tour that some of her band members play for more artists than just her. ;-)

its a job. if Miley's not planning on going on tour anytime soon then maybe he needed another gig. its a way to make ends meet.

Miley hasn't gone on tour in a while, but most of Miley's band does play for several people. Also, Miley has talked about going on tour in the fall so I'm sure if she does then he will go on tour with her. As far as I know, the only person that has left her band was Kay Hanley, one of her backup singers.

I actually heard she was fired. Not sure when though, but I heard she was telling stuff to Perez. She's really good friends with him.

I can't believe he would join Miranda as she is not a good singer. Miley is a great singer/performer. It won't bother Miley as a lot of great musicians will be happy to replace him.

extra money. miley isn't doing much musical stuff right now, so he's doing it to make extra money during her slow time. he has a family and times are rough. so it's understandable.

Just speculating, but it could be that Kenny Ortega brought both of the back-up girls in for the BOBW band.

Anyway, was it Kay Hanley who left, or Candice Accola? I know Nadia Duggin has been doing background vocs as of late. Kay's Web site (http://kayhanley.com/category/nadia-duggin/), shows her and Nadia in London on the Ant.n.Dec. stage getting ready to do the show ...

Candice did work in "Deadgirl" last year, and something called "Kingshighway" is coming some time this year, so I guess she is the one who moved on ... (?)

First of all, whoa! i did not catch that, Mike going to Miranda? That's making-up with the enemy :P But anways, if this turns out ok, we can compare Miley and Ms Cosgrove from Mike's POV.

Darn right! Though at Least Nick airs most of her iCarly Episodes in High-Def! Something Disney won't do for Miley!
