CMT is going to start airing "The Climb" on monday

The other thread is getting messy, so new thread. "The Climb" is going to debut on CMT on monday, once it does I think you can vote for it for their top 20 countdown. BTW Kara, do you know what they mean by hot shot rotation?:

Miley’s starting to look and act more mature in this serious venture at a message song and video from her movie. She’s obviously striving for musical credibility, and she’s following Taylor Swift (http://www.cmt.com/artists/az/swift__taylor/artist.jhtml)’s arc. It’s beautifully shot and looks gorgeous on screen

Consensus: Miley Cyrus’ “The Climb” will debut Monday (March 2) on CMT in hot shot rotation. The Zac Brown Band’s “Whatever It Is” will debut on CMT the same day in heavy rotation. Craig Morgan’s “God Must Really Love Me” enters the hold list.

It’s Craig & Miley for me. The Zac Brown Band’s album was such a disappointment after the brilliance of the Roger Miller-ish Chicken Fried.
To the haters - The Climb is NO different to any of the stuff Martina McBride peddles, except Miley puts some emotion into it, while Martina just tries to sell it on vocal power alone.

I watch GAC, plus Miley has roots in country I don’t really see what is so wrong about it. The song has beautiful lyrics and is likable enough.
