i'm not sure if this is what you are looking for but...abortion, religion, conflict/war, darfur, invisible children, depression, suicide, terrorism, drugs, politics/governments, crime, abuse, domestic violence, racism, sexism, conflicts between religions/religious fanaticism, sexual abuse, poverty, homeless-ness, nuclear threats, bomb threats, substance abuse.
