Has anyone ever heard of this band? I usually don't care much for this type of music, but this band is fantastic. They'll probably be the next big thing. For fans of Relient K, Anberlin, and Metro Station.

Don't usually like this kind of music [metro station, etc]..but, I really like this for some reason.

At first I was trying not to like it, but it's so good that I gave up. It's not quite as "dance" sounding as Metro Station but something about it is similar.

They don't really sound like most pop-punk bands at all. At least not to me. There is something really different about their lyrical structure. BTW, I downloaded their entire album and it's super good.

hmm i'm not really a fan of metro station. i like anberlin a bit and relient k is ok.
and i usually like your taste in music so i'll have to check them out. but the videos won't work on my ipod so i'll have to do that later when i can get to a computer.

and there are a lot of sections i wish we had. =p

I'm not a MS fan either. Idk, people were comparing Capital Lights to Anberlin and Relient K, but I don't really hear it.

yesss i love capital lights :]
i saw them live last april and got pictures w/ bryson [the lead singer]
he's really nice and they're really good live performers
plus, when they did their set they're like "idk about you but i love hannah montana" and they played best of both worlds on their guitars and it was soo hilarous.

EDIT: this is one, if not my favorite from them. it's really catchy

I definitely don't hear the Relient K comparison at all. RK is so much more stripped down and raw than all this techno-beat stuff, haha.

But that doesn't mean they're bad of course. In fact, I reallyyy like them. If I had to say they remind me of any band, it would be Cartel.

and i'm really disappointed actually. to me they sound like every other popular band with the flippy hair, skinny jeans, american apparel jackets, and nikes. maybe slightly better. :/ i mean it's catchy but it could never be my favorite thing, just another one of those bands i sometimes listen to.

I don't know, I know pop-punk is everywhere now but it really is the main type of music I like, even if a lot of it sounds the same. Everyone always complains that those bands all sound the same, but idk, I can distinguish them just fine...
