anyways I saw this this morning and i actually really like what she said. Demi was talking about its how its hard with the media and the paparazzi always on her but she also said that she that it could be a lot worse, like how it is with Miley.

I think what some people feel is exactly that. i agree that we can joke about billy ray and justin in ways we really can't about people on this board. but i haven't really seen anyone, including lindsey, do that here. that thing in her signature was a joke, maybe not a joke in the sense of "i don't mean this at all, haha knock knock who's there" but more like "i disagree with your opinion of me and shall be humorous about it". both are types of jokes, and there are no jokes without a grain of truth. that does in no way mean that it was meant to hurt you though, is my point.

bottom line, no one is trying to hurt anyone, and i think it's important that everyone realizes that. if people are hurt that does need to be taken into consideration when joking, and it would probably be best if they took it up with her privately. and honestly, no offence but i don't quite see how singling out lindsey is any better than what you are accusing her of.
