It's apparently from the same day those candids came out of Miley and Mandy going out at night, and there's one point near the end of the video when you hear the voice on the other side of the camera, and it sounds a lot like Miley doing her deep impression voice.

Just watched it again, not so sure now, cause the gigle afterwards sounds nothing like Miley but you never know.
That's cool that Mandy skateboards though

It doesn't sound alot like Miley. It's probably just one of the other Beach Girls.

Nah, its not Miley.
They just set it up somewhere and talk to the camera.. nobody holds it... in their videos its either set up somewhere or they are holding it and you can see that when Mandy was skateboarding Laura was holding it...

I would love to see Mandy teach Miley to skate, now that would be one entertaining episode of the Miley and Mandy show.

I could see her longboarding down a hill, her hair blowing in the wind, the board gliding and then in the end knowing miley she'd probably a) run into someone or something b) trip and fall or c) see something and get distracted causing her to fly off the board.

That would actually be an amazing idea for a new episode. As long as Miley wasn't seriously hurt of course. We're not that morbid.
Yeah I think it was just Laura, did sound a bit like Miley for a second though, ah well.
