They are baiting her. Her answer to the condom question was "no thank you". TMZ labels video "Miley - I will never endorse condoms". An outright lie. We may think the questions are stupid, but you bait people by asking these types of questions. I'm glad to see that she is learning the game.

They were at the Brazilian Film Festival and a lot of brazilian actors were there and stuff and they say some... Rodrigo Santoro (from Lost and 300), Reinaldo Gianecchini, etc. and they were happy to be there.

See thats his youtube apart from the Hollywood.tv videos so not all videos are going to be Miley related there.

I would say one possible reason for the increase in paps over the last week is what others have said - raised the price on her head. I can almost see the Most Wanted posters in the photo agency offices.
Perhaps an increased effort to portray her as the next Britney.
Also she is fun and unpredictable, but I would say the only reason NYC paps would come all the way out to shoot her was a huge bounty. And they got it with the boob exposure.

Though it does show what kind of "journalist" he is, the proper way to retract a story is to say that you retracted it. So in this case that would be leave the original link intact but post a message about it being removed or something like that.
