Uh, did I miss something? The last I heard was from this past October when Miley told E! in an interview the it was looking like Season 3 was going to be the last for the TV show.

The movie trailer sure makes it look as if Miley and her dad are being written out. And now the DC has been promoting a new TV movie - "Dadnapped", with Emily, Mitch, Jason, and Moises, as well as "Sonny with a Chance", with Demi Lovato. Looks as if they're movin' on . . .

I'm looking forward to the movie, but a new Miley concert tour - now that'd make my mouth water . . . :D

miley said there was a possibilty of a fourth season, she didn't know yet
but some of the third season will still be left to go by the time the movie comes out, so i think things will resolve themselves without affecting the general plotline of the show and instead acting as more of a side story or a way to further develop the characters
