Add Color to Dull Pictures!
a tutorial by HideUnderMyPillow1425/Tatina!
Many pictures are dull, like this:

and you can turn them into this:

In this tutorial i will show you how to do that using
Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo XI!
Step One:
Go to Layers>>>New Adjustment Layer>>>Hue/Saturation/Lightness,
and use these settings:
MASTER
hue: -2
saturation: -28
REDS
hue: -5
saturation: -19
Step Two:
Go to Layers>>>New Raster Layer. Fill with #a1fffd.
Set to Soft Light at 24%.
Step Three:
Go to Layers>>>New Adjustment Layer>>>Color Balance.
And use these settings:
Midtones: 26, -2, 5
Shadows: 10, 14, 15
Highlights: 5, 8, 11
Step Four:
Go to Layers>>>New Adjustment Layer>>>Color Balance.
And use these settings:
Midtones: -15, -20, -8
Shadows: 8, -2, -7
