Do you really think Miley would want to spend her New Years Eve at MTV Studios? Much as she loves her fans, I think it's fair enough that she wants to spend New Years with her family :P Or whatever it is she'll be doing this year.

So it's not live at all?

Well I'm glad for Miley cause this means that she's actually able to spend the new year's eve with her family / friends!

But I though it's live that's why I was so sad about the fact that I won't be able to watch it "live" her in Germany and now it turn's out it's just pre-recorded anyway lol

It's was the same back in August when I was so sad about not being able to watch the TCAs live and then I had to find out that it was just pre-recorded :)

I think next time I should better inform myself wether sthg is acutally broadcasted live before sending emails to German MTV and even calling them asking wether they could show it possibly live.
