Over the past few months, we've seen budding silver screen stars like Leighton Meester and Lauren Conrad turn into bona fide red carpet icons. And who can forget the Hollywood debut of Disney princesses like Miley and Selena? Cheers to 2008, one of the most fashionable years to date!
1. Miley Cyrus
