I think I know why he did it! Because I saw on this show & it said how certain people have parents who constantly push them to act! If they don't get a role their parents will push them very hard 7 on the show it said that Haley Joel Osment was a victim of this kind of this cruelness! So he probably got so mad he just started drinking & drove! Now hes in Jail who knows what if this were to happen to Emily not drunk driving but her parents pushing her weve got to do somtin

I knew he was drinking and driving and had marijuane,but I didn't think they announced his punishment yet.I don't think they put him in an actual jail though.They could make him do community service or something like that

Why is everyone saying all this mean stuff about her parents? I'm sure they had nothing to do with it. And it's not really fair to say anything about how they're only acting cause their parents forced them too cause no one here knows why they act and nobody here knows their parents. I'm sure they're nice. It's not nice of you guys to just assume his parents made him do it. Another thing, I wouldn't worry about Emily ending up like him. I am nothing like my older sister, not a bad thing, we're just different. Also, it doesn't make him a bad person. He just made a mistake, I'm sure he's sorry and he'll learn from this. Emily speaks very highly of him, and she looks up to him, so I'm sure he's a great person who made a mistake. He'll probably never do it again and really regrets it.
