I don't know if he actually meant Demi and Selena with that co-star comment. I actually thought he meant those "on set problems" with Emily Osment. I don't like X17 at all actually, even if they write things about Miley (saw a behind the scenes report about them once, just shows how pathetic those people are). They however have paparazzi employed, Perez does not so they do get reports from their employees about Miley.

I don't know whether Perez removes comments or not, I just don't bother with comments on sites like that anymore. TMZ does remove comments and I know that for a fact, they removed a dozen or so of my comments and the ones with profanities aren't (those are usually negative about Miley though :P). The comments are usually even dumber than the posts themselves, at least Perez knows somewhat what he's doing, the people that comment do not. Perez wants people to think about Miley a certain way, he could do a better job of it if he actually got some of his facts straight though. I could easily run a website like this and I wouldn't look like an idiot as he does.

yeah Perez definately does delete comments like in the CCA and GG Awards blogs a bunch of people were basically throwning it in his face that she got nominated after he said how much he hoped she wouldn't be and he deleted all of those comments. and then even with the pictures thing he deleted a lot of the comments defending her. I agree he wants people to think a certain way about Miley so he deletes comments, he won't post anything positive about her(with the 100 most powerful women, he singled out every big name that was on there but Miley), he riggs the roles on his site, the whole deal. thats my main problem with him. Haters don't bother me so much(with in reason) as long as what they're complaining about is based on legit info, and as long as they give credit when its due. I hate people that are dumb about it and i hate people who can't put their hate aside, even if its just for a second.

Same. That was a long post for him and what he was implying was not right. I am very tempted to go and look up the different types of harrassment (sp?) laws to see if he is breaking any of them. Calling a minor a slut/ho on his website and in interviews on national TV and making comment about what kind of sexual activity he thinks she is involved it is not right. Even if he is not breaking laws, what he is doing is wrong to most people. Even people who hate miley are beginning to give him comments saying that even though they hate Miley, they have morals and that it is wrong for him to be talking about her the way he does.

I live in Canada, so I don't really know what sexual harassment would be defined as where Miley and perez are, but in Ontario they classify sexual harassment as:


touching you inappropriately
making offensive jokes or remarks about women or men
making sexual requests or suggestions
staring at or making unwelcome comments about your body
displaying sexually offensive pictures
being verbally abusive to you because of your gender
I bolded the ones that are true of Perez. If the laws there are anything like the laws here, Miley's people would be able to take him to court (or whatever legal action is taken for this type of thing). But tbh, I think it would just give him the attention he wants and it is best she leaves it alone unless he gets worse than he already is.
