I know there are threads like these but I'm too lazy to look for it. And I know you guys are amazing at giving out good books. So I have a 50 dollar Barnes and Nobles gift card that needs to be used by the 31st of December. All I can think of to by is the 3rd book in "The Child Called It" series. Can I have some suggestions?

I've read the first two Child Called It's
"At First Sight" By Nicholas Sparks (any other requests for his books?)
The Catcher and The Rye
Perks of being a Wallflower
Of Mice and Men
I have all of the Sarah Dessen books.

if that helps out anyy. I'm not into the rich bratty girl books though. Thank you guyss and Happy Holidays :)

The Uglies Series by Scott Westerfeld
Harry Potter (you've probably already read it, but if you haven't I reccomend it)
The Artemis Fowl series by Eoin Colfer
The Supernaturalist by Eoin Colfer
How To Be Popular by Meg Cabot (I know it sounds like a snotty girl book, but it's so not)
Story Time by Edward Bloor
Things Not Seen by Andrew Clemens (one of my favorite books, I highly reccomend it)
The City Of Ember series by Jean DuPrau
The Eragon series by Christopher Paolini
Any of David Sedaris's books, but not if you're younger than like 15, and they're not fir everyone, but I find him hilarious.

And I know that someone is going to say the Twilight series, so I'll say that I would really really not reccomend them unless you're into really romancey stuff.

chelsea,
just give me some of the money,
and i'll help you spend some of it ;D
man, i love that plan.

ahha, you should read the harry potter series,
someone mentioned that too,
i have all the books,
and it would take you a while to read all 7,
so you won't have to worry about running out of books.

all books by libba bray. they're AMAZING, and totally worth every last cent.
also i just got this book a few days ago (it just came out, if you search the author you can find her livejournal with the book cover so you know what it looks like) but its called "need" by carrie jones. its a modern fantasy type thing.
hope that helps!
edit: also, i forgot, scott westerfeld writes these books, uglies, pretties, specials, extras. they're really good, adventure/mystery books with a little romance ;) haha anyways those are great too. it all depends on your preferences, but these are all great.

is the It girl series about rich girls or bratty girls?

it's a spinoff of gossip girl with jenny.
obviously jenny isn't spoiled or bratty,
but some of the girls at the boarding school
are. i read the thing, and i know you said
you don't like rich, bratty girl books,
but most of the ones i mentioned are
extremely good.
