Miley Visited Vanderbilt Children's Hospital Today

I just heard that Miley went to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital today with her dad. She stayed for hours with the children. She visited them, she signed autographs, she took pictures, and even sang some songs for them. She talked to the kids under going chemotherapy and those with diabetes.

news 2 aired more footage..an interview with miley and BR. they showed more footage of miley interacting with the children and signing things/taking pictures. she mentioned how it's a family tradition to visit the hospital and thought coming today would put a smile on the kids faces.
