ipod touch

I have an ipod touch and i download two applications they have downloaded on to my itunes program but not on my ipod touch how do i download it on to my ipod touch?

You know when you plug it into your computer/laptop, it should come up on your iTunes? Click on your iPod and then there are tabs at the top like music, tv shows e.t.c. There should be one for applications? Just tick the apps?

I have tried that but i only have Summary,Music,Movies,TV Shows,Podcasts,Photos,and then info i dont have anny more do you know where the applications one is?

do you have the updated iPod touch? with the upgrades?
it might just be you don't have the upgraded version.

You need to buy the upgrade to get apps to work.
Connect your iPod, then go to summary and you should see an update button.

ahh what a shame i have to buy it first.

^Yeah, it's only $10 though, and then you can get as many free apps as you want.
