is that true? because i have seen a trend. most people who hate reading get OBSESSED over twilight. like, i've been pushing my sister (who hates
reading and watches tv 24/7) to read twilight. now shes even more obsessed than me. its seriously a suprise. just wondering. and everyone at my school has copies and that just makes everyone else start reading it wonderings whats so special then they get obsessed themselfs. its amazing.

Yeah, I've seen that as well. Few books have to ability to do that.
Harry Potter did that to a lot of kids as well.

As for me, I LOVE to read, but I hate Twilight. So idk what that says :P

uhm.. i can say that after i read twilight and the whole series i LIKE reading now.. before i HATED IT like.. really.. i could not read more than 5 pages.. but after reading twilight i actually go into book stores and try to find good books..
i dunno what it is tho.. maybe actually reading the series made me understand that reading is actually good :P idk.. its weird O_O

redwall books and anything gary paulson (sp?) *shudders*), so it really is no surprise
i love twilight.

the only reason i'm obsessed with it though is because my friend sierra is (and it is
a good conversation starter), and my friend fish is not.

But that is just one account.

i just think the book is well written.. and actually if you were
to ask me who my favorite character is.. i wouldn't say edward like
most girls. i just like the book. ;) anyways, i loved to read before i
knew about twilight. and i still like twilight too. not really obsessed but
its a great book. i don't think anyone can actually be obsessed with a
book its mostly edward that they are obsessed over.

I just love reading fantasys.

For me, I've always liked reading. And I like Twilight. At one point, I was sorta obsessed haha, and even though I still get excited about stuff like the movie, I guess I'm not as obsessed with it anymore...but I do still like the saga. So idk.
I guess I know a lot of people who don't read a lot and love it. I think it's just because it's got a sweet storyline.

I agree that it's not the best written book around, or the most imaginative storyline, but I still like it bc it's just a change to what I'd normally be reading.
