That was on her dad's birthday. The video brings us such classic moments as Braison knocking over the drink, the baby, and Tish and Billy Ray forgetting Miley at the restaurant, which leads to a flourish of paparazzi rushing back to see her. Hysterical. The baby moments were cute.

The first time I saw that clip, I almost died from the cuteness. "Little Miley Cyrus." Lol. Not anymore. Aww man she was precious. She still is, but she just looks older now. Dang Tish is rocking the leather in that clip.8-)
