Notice that all of Disney Channel's comedy shows looked kinda blurred and it seems you want more detail (and im not talking about HD here).
On the Barbara walters special of her interesting people that was aired recently, 2 clips from the episode "ready set dont drive", they looked like a soap opera, not "Hannah Montana" and i prefer it that way. If you dont want to read technical stuff, you may stop reading now.
The reason Hannah looks that way is that they run the video to a process known as "filmlook", its in the end credits "Processed in filmlook", they do that to Fake a 24p film show look but the problem is that they use 60i SD cameras not 24p HD cameras or film which the competition *Ahem*iCarly*Cough* uses so it looks kinda blurry. On the upside, the colors were boosted up a notch.
