I go to a lot of places.
One of my favorite stores is this vintage/independant designers store near my house.
We get 20% off if we're honor students at my school, so it's great!!

I also like Delia's, Maurice's, JCPenney, Charlotte Russe, Wet Seal, Forever 21, and Urban
Outfitters. American Apparel is good for basic stuff, and if you want one thing in multiple
colors.
