Miley's P.O.V.
I stood backstage watching them do sound check.
The Jonas Brothers.
We were doing a charity concert togeher.
First concert together in forever.
Yeah, we weren't exactly friends any more since mine and Nick's breakup.
But that didn't stop me,
I was still i n love with Nick.
I was relieved that he wasn't really going out with Selena,
it was all rumors,
but she was his best friend.....
Nick really never talks to me anymore.

I sighed and looked at the floor,
they just got done and they were coming backstage.
I looked over at them.
There was something that I had to do,
I wanted to become friends again with them.
I didn't know how,
But there had to be a way.....
I walked slowly over to them,
as Joe turned around to face me.

Miley's P.O.V.
"H-hey joe..." I stuttered through the words.
"Hi." He mumbled.
"Uhm, so how's everything been going?" I asked him.
"Fine.." He mumbled, yet again.
"What's the matter?"
"Nothing...."
"Ya sure?"
"Yes, Miley, I'm sure."
"Do you hate me now or something, cuz it kinda seems like it....."
"No, i don't 'hate' you.
"Oh..." I said and looked down, i had nothing else to say so I waved goodbye and walked off.
I loooked over my shoulder to see Joe and Nick talking to eachother.
Most likely about me now;
since i just TRIED to talk to Joe.
I guess I shoud just give up, forget about him. I kept thinking to myself.
Who am i kidding tho?
I can't forget about Nick Jonas.
I looked at the time; we had five mintues until we went on.
I was kinda nervous to go up there on stage,
with them, and get introduced.
But Demi was gonna be there,
so they probably would just ignore me, and talk to her.
No shocker there...
I peeked out onstage.
Wow, that WAS a lot of people.
I looked over in the distance where Nick and Joe were.
Too my surprise...
Nick was watching me....
and he was, smiling a little?
"Miley, Jonas Brothers, your on." I heard someone say.
So, i quickly looked away from Nick.
Then slowly, walked onto the stage, with them following behind me.
