i think it's fake, like you guys said, if it were legit they would have closed the old account. and why would they need a new page if they got the old one back? i really hope it's fake, otherwise they've lost all their views and whatnot.

edit: the videos are just as hq as the other ones. they'd better upload a proof video or else i definitely still wont believe them. and if it is really miley, its so sad that she had to hear about it. :(

now that you mention it those will more easily connect with a n00b, as we have all been there, and a n00b might not be quite able to appreciate the inherent lyrical genius of gems like "if i bite you hard enough down there (we will truly be equal)" or "plastic bag or newspaper? be creative!"

exactly. i've had this in my head for DAYS, "swollen, bleeding and cramping is about to be an accurate description of BOTH OF US if you don't get me my chocolate, and even then there's no guarantee!" IT'S JUST SO CATCHY.

The explenation on there doesn't make sense, it says that they got back in. Seeing that's a different account that clearly isn't true, would also be a bit random to post those three videos and not all the others. Not to mention that I don't think Miley would have had any time to do it.

After what happened on Sunday...maybe they would've made a new YouTube account, but they haven't posted a new video to prove it's theirs, they don't have a background, and they only have 15 videos, and the original Miley and Mandy account had 28.
