How could I forget that number?.

who-knows-where. Now he's back.

Chapter One
{When your Gone ♥}
When your gone, when I lose control,
your the only road I know.
Who will drive my soul?

{Isabelle's P.O.V ♥}
I spit out the glass of spanish imported water I was drinking.
"WHAT!?" I spluttered, my eyes growing so wide I thought they were going to fall out of there sockets and land in the glass, along with the olives floating around.
Kristin rolled her eyes at me.
"Relax Issy." She said, as she was used to my reactions whenever it came to... him.
"HOW THE HECK CAN I RELAX!?" I exclaimed, not realizing I was screaming untill Kristin clamped her hand over my mouth.
"Shhhh! You loserface. If the neighbors complain about us one more time my mom said she's going to have to ban you from out house."
I looked down at me chipped pink toenails.
"Sorry Kris." I mumbled, sheepishly.
"I mean, come on, your kidding with me, right?"
Kristin raised one everybrow.
"Seriously Issy... just because his Facebook message says, I'm comming home, doesn't mean he's comming here, home."
Now it was my turn to raise an eyebrow at her.
"Oh yeahhhh. I'm sure he has a million other homes all around the world."
I said, sarcasticlly.
"Be realistic here. There was no specific place on the facebook message."
I took a deep breath, then started to laugh.
Kristin was right. I was just jumpin to conclusions. Like Chris would have the nerve to come back here after what he did to me... to us.
"I mean, come on right?" I said, laughing at myself.
"it's been three and a half years. Why would he choose now to come back?"
Kristin smiled. "Exactly. Now can we please just relax and try to get some tanning time in?"
I nodded and closed my eyes, settling back into the pool chair in Kristin's backyard. All of a sudden shade fell upon my perfect patch of sunshine.
Figuring Kristin had stood up and blocked the sun, just to annoy me, I said,
"Your blocking my sun."
In my most premaddona way.
"Geez. Since when did you become such a drama queen?"
Said a male voice. Not just any male, voice, his voice.
I almost fell off my poolchair.

Chapter Two
{With No Air}

When you ain't here I just can't breathe,
theres no air, no air.

{Isbella's P.O.V}
Calm down. It's okay. I can do this. It's only... him.
I forced myself to think the name, Christopher.
He starred at me, I starred right back. I was the first one to break away. It was hard to stare into those eyes, and not remember. Everything.
Late nights spent talking on the phone, poptarts after snowball fights, playing ding-dong-ditch on mrs. Figglehorn, carving our names into the tree in my backyard, both of us winding up in the hospital because we jumped off the roof of his house and tried to land on the trampoline, our first and only kiss. Everything.
All those memories that I'd been holding away, trying to forget about, trying to keep my heart from tearing again. They came flooding back. I loved this boy.
There was nothing I could do about it, now.
"Bella?" He asked, checking to make sure I was listening.
"C-C-C-Chris?" I managed to choke out.
He grinned impishly, my favourite smile.
Adults had allways seen it as a smile of innocince, and carring. I knew better.
Chris only smiled like that when he had an idea. An idea that sounded amazing at first, but then when we try it, it turns out to be extremely stupid, and compleately funny. NO. I would not go along with this. Not again.
He wouldn't be staying long. He'd just leave me again, and I'd have to deal with the heartbreak. NO WAY. I'd been there, done that. NO.
I shook my head.
Chris starred at me, the light fading from his eyes.
"Issy, what's wrong?" He asked, comming over to my side.
I hadn't realized I was crying. How embarassing.
"Just leave me alone, okay? I don't want anything to do with you anymore. You had your chance, with me, with everything. Go break some other girls heart."
I spat at him.
Kristin's eyes grew wide. She's never heard me spazz at anyone like that before.
She must think I'm mental. Maybe I am mental.
"Bella, I-" He started.
To late, I'd allready fled from Kristin's backyard.
Prepared to never think of him again.

Chapter Three
{ You Belong with Me ♥}

She wears short skirts, I wear t-shirts,
she's cheer captin and I'm on the bleachers.
So why can't you see, you belong with me.

{Christopher's P.O.V ♥ }
I watched Isabella run away, from me, from us, from everything. I kicked a loose pebble on the ground at my feet. Geez, if Isabella felt weird about seeing me, she could've just said so. She didn't have to be such a drama queen and... run away. Just then I noticed the pretty brown haired girl, who was starring at me with a look of pure hatred. Perfect. I don't even know her, and it's pretty clear she hates me.
I guess I must've looked pretty confused, because she rolled her eyes and ran after Isabella. Instead of standing here in this strager's backyard, I decided to try my luck at finding Dillan. Guys are deffenantly not drama queen like girls are. I opened the gate and left the backyard. I wasn't watching where I was going, naturally, and just my luck, I bumped into a pretty blonde girl.
I looked up at her to mumble an appoligy, and my breath caught in my throught. Wow. Pretty was an understaitment. This girl was drop dead gorgeous. A stunner. I smiled at her. She smiled back.
"Hey. I'm Jessica." She said, extending a perfectly manicured hand.
I shook her hand and replied, "I'm Christopher. Have I seen you around before?"
Jessica's smile got wider, almost painfuly white.
"I think so, you seem farmilliar to me as well."
I studdied her carefully.
"I used to live here. I went to bording school, but I'm back for a while now."
Her smiled seemed to droop a little bit.
"Oh yeah. Your Isabella's boy friend, aren't you?"
I laughed, "Not quite."
Her smile grew bigger.
"Perfect."
She said.
{Jessica's P.O.V ♥}
I couldn't belive how perfect things were working out for me today. First off, my usual manicurest was sick today, so the spa gave me a free pedicure, along with my manicure, for no extra charge. The, I go home to find that my daddy has boughten me a whole new collection of designer Prada handbags. And now, I ran into a compleatly helpless, gorgeous, new-ish boy. Yummy. Of course, when your Jessica Stewart, these kind of things happen to you on a regular bassis. I flipped a shiny blonde lock of hair over my sholder. I could see this guy was hanging off my every move. Perfect, an easy catch.
Once again, Jessia gets exactly what she wants.
This was looking up to be an amazing summer.

Chapter Four
{ Tell me Why ♥ }

Yes, I remeber what you said last night.
And I know, that you see, what your doing to me,
tell me why.
{ Isabella's P.O.V ♥ }
I can't belive that boy! How can't he see what he's doing to me? Just when I'm getting over him, living my life - having a life for that matter - he just comes crashing back into my life. I walked home quickly, brushing the angry tears from my eyes. I can't belive this! He's going to ruin everything!
"Isabella, wait up!"
Someone called from behind me.
I stoped in mid-run, and turned around. Geez, why the heck would Dillan Morgan be talking to me? He's like, the most popular boy in our school. He's everything that a normal girl would be tooking for. Smart, handsome, football jock. I see right through him for waht he is though, a vain, self-centered, girlfriend eating machine, football head. Although, he is pretty cute, I'll give him that. He also happens to be Jessica Stewart's boyfriend. Well, one of them at least. I seeing her making out with, like, 5 different guys a day. It's sick.
Dillan smiled at me.
"Is it true that Chris' back?"
He asked me.
Oh. Of course. It's allways about Chris. Even when I really don't want to hear it, or if I seriously don't care. So, I did what any girl who needs to vent does...
I took out my feelings on the first cute boy that came my way.
"Is that all anyone ever talks about in this stupid town? It's allways, Chris, Chris, Chris! He left us Dillan, you should know that better than anyone! He was your best friend for crying out loud! Did he give you any explination why he left? I don't think so! I don't see what the big deal is about him!"
Dillan looked shocked.
"Um. I was just wondering if he was back. I never said I was going to be all buddy-buddy with him."
I rolled my eyes.
"Oh puh-lease. You boys are all the same. You don't hold grudges, you don't cause drama. You just play football, get into fist fights and protect your friends backs. Like you'd hold a grudge against Chris!"
Dillan seemed to be fed up with me.
"Look, I didn't come over here to listen to some whiny little ex complain about her problems. I know, him comming back is hurting you, alot, but your going to have to deal with it!"
He replied.
"Oh, it's hurting me more that you know."
I said, and I turned on my heal, and walked away.
