Miley’s incognito plans ruined by her wig catching fire!
American actress Miley Cyrus has revealed that she once attempted an undercover outing by donning a wig, but her plan flopped after she set her hair on fire.
Cyrus, who is the Hannah Montana star, said that she wanted to disguise herself like her on onscreen alter ego had done, when she acted as a pop star who had to wear a wig onstage to conceal her true identity as school student Miley Stewart.
However, she added, her attempt at disguising herself fizzled out after she used a straightening iron on the hairpiece and burned it.
‘I had the idea (to go out in disguise) so I got a wig and it was really short, a tomboy cut, and I decided to straighten it. I'm sitting down and all of a sudden I start smelling smoke. I thought, ‘What is that?’ Contactmusic quoted her as telling British talk show this Morning. ‘The wig is literally catching on fire because I didn't know it was a cheap wig. And I thought, 'This isn't going to work for me.'So it doesn't work in real life but it works on the show!’ she added.
