Coming off last week's record setting third season opener, "Hannah Montana" qualified as cable's No. 1 scripted series telecast in Total Viewers (4.9 million), overshadowing Saturday night's series debut of Nick's "True Jackson, VP" (4.8 million, 9:30 – 10:00 p.m.).
