Setting: a really beautiful beach town, with really expensive and beautiful houses. Kids play in the garden, ladies drink ice tea and talk by the pool, and a maid walks a Chihuahua that’s wearing a pink skirt. A girl called Victoria Simmons is the back sit of a normal car. Her father Luke is driving it: A pretty normal father. They stop in a gorgeous house. In the door, a lady wearing a summer dress waves at them.

Woman: Honey! (she kisses Vic’s dad)

Luke: This is Angela.

Victoria nodded.

Angela: You must be Victoria. Welcome to Summerville! You’ll have an amazing time here, trust me. Come on in, give your stuff to the butler…

They go in. Victoria looks around. The house is perfect!! She gives her stuff to the butler, and thanks him.

Angela: Lukey, you must meet the kids. Tom (to the butler), tell Alice and Nate to come, please.

The butler nodded and left.

Angela: You’ll love them!! Vicky, Alice is 15, like you.

Victoria fake smiled.

Angela: I’m sure you’ll be best friends…

The kids came in. Alice was a blonde and apparently prep 15 years old. She was talking to a friend in her pink sparkly cell phone. Nate was H-O-T (he was Chace Crawford so yeah…)

Alice: Sorry, Ash, I gotta go. The freak came. TTYL, gorgeous love ya! (she hung up) Hey.. (looking at Victoria)

Victoria: Hey

Angela: See? You are gonna get along perfectly! Alice, dear, will you take Vicky to her room?

Alice: Whatever. Nate, are you coming? (She seemed to be begging him to)

Nate: I wanna let Victoria settle down, it would be awkward to do it with a guy present. (He smiled at V and she smiled back)

Victoria: See you later…

(Vic and Alice left)

Alice: Let’s put some rules. A) You won’t come to my bedroom. B) You won’t talk to my friends. C) You won’t flirt with Nate.

Victoria: Why would I?

Alice: Come on, he might be my brother, but I know he’s cute. And I saw the way you looked at him. You touch Nate, and the war breaks out, are we clear? I’m a jealous sister.

Victoria: Whatever, I don’t have to do whatever you say, you know

Alice: You do, if you don’t want your daddy to be brokenhearted.

Victoria: You know I don’t really care if your mum breaks up with him? Actually I’d be thrilled.

Alice looked at her with a hating look.

Alice: This is your room, loser. Bye.

Alice left Victoria in a pretty cute room. It had view to a pool V hadn’t seen. She didn’t care, she was too upset.

Victoria saw that her stuff was already there, so she just grabbed her cell phone and iPod and left.

Victoria: Dad, I’m going to check out the place.

Luke: Don’t take too long, Vic.

Victoria didn’t answer. She just left. She went to the beach and sat in the sand. Put her iPod on shuffle mode and just relaxed. It was gonna be a long summer.
