Okay so I've had *certain* people mention that they think I "make cool stuff"
on photoshop, and I take this to mean they'd like to learn how to make
this so-called "cool stuff".

Hence, this tutorial thread.

Basically, if you see something I'VE made (obviously I can't give you a
tutorial on something someone else made), then tell me/post the graphic,
and I'll teach it to you.

Most of my stuff doesn't take skill haha.

Steps!!
1. Gather your base (haha gather). Use mine (http://i37.tinypic.com/14btdw2.png) if you wish.

2. Duplicate this base, and set it to screen, 56%. Sharpen.

3. Duplicate this new layer, and set it to softlight, 56%. Sharpen.

4. Make a new fill layer (Layer>New Fill Layer>Solid Color), fill it with
E9CDAC, and set it to multiply, 61%.

5. New Hue/Saturation layer (Layer>New Adjustment Layer>
Hue/Saturation), set the master saturation to +24.

6. Make a new Selective Color layer (Layer>New Adjustment Layer>
Selective Color), enter these settings:
red: -66, +22, +52, 0
yellow: +20, 0, -50, 0
white: 0, -15, -35, 0
neutrals: 0, -8, -14, 0

7. Make another solid color fill. This time, fill it with 361E05, and set
it to exclusion, 100%.

8. Make another selective coloring layer, and enter these settings:
red: -45, +19, +47, 0
yellow: +26, 0, -44, 0
white: 0, 0, -34, 0
neutrals: -1, -9, -18, 0

9. Make a Hue/Saturation layer. Enter the master saturation to +13.

10. Add textures, text, or extras to it. :D
( for fonts, I just used and Italicized Georgia, and Franklin Gothic Medium.
The textures were this (http://i36.tinypic.com/mi2p7q.png), and this (http://i33.tinypic.com/r0qu76.png).
Both set to screen.)

@Alan: the wallpaper actually uses the same coloring, I think. Except, before doing the
coloring, duplicate the base and set it to softlight.

@Maria: All of those use the same coloring as the first tutorial lol. Do you still want the
techniques?

@Leslie: that is actually really cute. The coloring works well with that picture. :)

@Embee: uhm...okay? The second one doesn't actually use that coloring, surprisingly.

@Hannah: that's actually kind of cool. If I were you, I would choose either a texture
or a font color that offsets the yellow a little bit, though.

So....
As it turns out... I got my laptop back today, and it seems as if they fixed him
somewhat, but is incredibly slow.

Therefor, I have all my stuff back now!!!
I'm going to delete some programs and make a couple things, but hopefully tonight
I'll have at least one tutorial for you guys.
