Coloring + Cool Gradient Affect. Photoshop Elements 5.0
Open a new layer. File>New>Blank File
Resize, crop, blend, whatever else.
00000f new layer. on exclusion
f3ffff new layer. on color burn(optional)
Levels:
channel RBG 59 and 1.97
channel red 59 and 1.78
hue saturation- saturation +15
Gradient:
http://i38.tinypic.com/ezirn9.jpg
put in the same thing as i have. [:
put gratient on Luminosity
This is optional:

put it on multiply. [:
add text if you want. i used Marcelle Script on 48, drop shadow.
anything you want to change, you can.
Note: It adds a cool effect if you put your text on the gradient. [:
