step 1: open up your picture, crop ,resize, or whatever

step 2 : go to colors > hue saturation

step 3. hue: 12
lightness: 6
saturation : 67

step 4. go to colors> color balnce

step 5: have them like this
first box: -12
second box: 0
third box: 13

Step 6. then open up a new layer with 8ceae7

Step 7 : set it as darken only

Step 8: go to colors> hue saturation

Step 8: set it up like this
Hue: -7
Lightness: -2
Saturation: 22

Step: add text brushes or whatever and ta-daa !!
