Cipher This!

Ok, this is how the game works. I will start it out by posting a message. You have to figure out how to cipher the message. Once you do this tell us how you ciphered the message and what the message says.

You can NOT post a cipher until the last one has been solved. So for example:

My Message -> guess -> guess -> get it right -> new cipher -> guess -> repeat

So once someone figures out my cipher then someone else will post a message. Think of your OWN code. Write a small message. And then people figure it out.
