Idk why but I feel short. I'm a 13 year old asian girl. My height is 5'5 or 5'6 and I weigh around 130-135lbs. I don't know why but I feel short. My guy friends are either taller than me, the same height as me or shorter than me. But I have this one girl friend who is like 5'9 but standing next to her makes me feel short. And now, I feel like I'm not growing anymore. My parents say not to worry but I really feel short...

I agree with Nancy Drew, your height sounds normal to me too. Please don't compare yourself to your friends, they have different genes than you. Look at your parents, are they short around their freinds, even if they are above normal, you may not have had your growth spurt yet. Please don't concern yourself with thing you can't change, but work to improve things about yourself that you can.

No sweetie, don't worry, you're not really short and you're not tall either, you're average. Girls' usually are a bit shorter than guys', and your friend is a potential super model with her height. Most of us won't get there, but that doesn't mean we're less than them. Just be proud of yourself, you're unique and you have the height so many others want. Girls' usually don't want to be too tall and neither too short, you have the perfect height so just be proud of yourself :)

Two 17 year olds came to my last party, they were both about your height, maybe smaller. They were 17. I wouldn't worry too much about your height. Height doesn't really matter, whether you're short, tall, creepishly tall, or tiny. No matter what, height is one of the last things people care about.
