I made this tut coz lots of people were asking me to
although i`m not good at making tuts but i hope it`s gonna be go
BTW this is a photoshop CS3 tut
So all u need is an ipod pic and the pics u would like to use.
first open the ipod pic I chose this one :

second open the pics u would like to apply.
then change the pic size so that it matches the ipod screen like this :

then put the second pic and resize it just like the 1st the same for the 3rd and so on.
then click on the window menuebar >animation
the animation bar will appear.
make new animated layers and the number depends on the number of pics u used I used three pics so I made 3 animated layers.

for to the first animated layer make the first pic available and the rest not available by clicking on the eye http://www.m7tarf.net/uploads/8e91a8b439.jpg next to the normal layers.
click on the scond animated layer and make the 2nd pic available and the rest not available.
the third animated layer is the same as above just use the 3rd pic.
now write ur name or anything u want and make it`s layer available on all the animated layers then choose the motion speed I chose 0.5sec u can chose any speed u like.
Click on your keyboar at alt+shift+ctrl+s this will appear:

click save and here is the result:
