About a group of kids that live in a very small town in Cail; it's on a beach, so pretty much everywhere there is sand. There is much to do in this town other than, spend time at the beach, work, go to school or get into trouble and cause drama; lots and lots of it.

Chapter One
Secrets, Secrets; must always stay quiet.
Selena's POV

I looked at myself in the mirror checking to see if my outfit, hair and make up where cute. It was perfect; unbelieveably perfect; more wonderful than perfect.

I grabbed my backpack and headed outside to the court yard. Our house was one of those houses that has they're rooms in sprite buildings, kind of instead of a normal house. My mom does the kind of Mama Mia thing; she owns a motel and we live right next to it and also she owns a cafe that is right in the hotel our home area. I usually go to the cafe for coffee before I walk to school; everything in this town was a walking distance, the only thing you need a car for is like if you go on a trip and visit your family that lives somewhere other than here in the United States. From my house you can see the ocean too; this is way my mom's motel is pretty popular, because the beach is basically across the street, just you need to walk by all the park cars that annoy the hell out of all the locals.

"What took my coffee buddy forever this mourning?" asked Drew Seeley, my best friend in the whole wide world, who I have known for all my life. Our mothers work on the motel and cafe together; and they have known each other forever also. They grew up here like we did. He lived down the road from us, where it's less busier from here.

"You know, this look doesn't come easy or fast." I said spinning around showing him what I was working on the whole time he waited for me outside my room.

"That took you... Ninety minutes?!" He asked joking and flirtashily. Then he kissed me lightly on my lips.

There is this little friends with benefits thing going on here. He has a girlfriend named Mandy Juirox; who knows nothing about it. I have this almost boyfriend named Nick Jonas, but he has a girlfriend also, Miley Cyrus; Nick doesn't know about this either.

"Lets go get some coffee and head to school." He told me after we broke a way. I step back and smiled; then we headed off cutting threw my house layout, my mom's room and the living room, towards the coffee cafe.

Chapter Two
My Mysterious BFF
Demi's POV

"So what song are you working on today?" asked one of my best friends, Jennifer. We where sitting on a bench in one of our school always in front of Selena's locker another one of my best friends.

"I am not really working on one, I am more stuck on one. I got a major case of writers block." I told her.

I looked down at my song book. I have always loved music, and I always love entertaining people with it; I love the response I get when I am finished. I think I might make a CD, like for the people here in the town and maybe some of the tourists who come threw here.

"Either way if you have or didn't have writers block it would turn out amazing like the other songs you right." she told me with a big smile on her face.

"Thanks." I said smiling back at her.

I go back to looking at Selena's locker. It had a really awsome big looking flower that she painted on it and a couple of small peace signs. The school lets us decorate our lockers, because the old paint was coming off and they also thought it would be cool to see every kids personality on each ones locker door.

"Drew see you after school?" asked Selena as she was walking away from him and giving him a little hug.

"Yeah, the Beach Hut?" he asked standing there watching Selena walk away.

"Yep." She answered walking up to her locker and opening it and pulling out her books that she needed and then tossing her book bag in her locker before shutting it. Then she turned around and asked, "How was you weekends you guys? Demi did you get threw that song yet?"

"Nope." I said then looked at Jennifer who was thinking the same thing I was thinking. "What is up with you and Drew? You know he has a girlfriend."

"I don't like him like that. He is my BEST GUY FRIEND. I don't like him that way; and anyways it would ruin our friendship." she answered with one eyebrow raised and acting a little bit wried.

"Huh... Huh." I nodded along with Jennifer trying to get her to spill more to us. Honseistly we think there is something going on there.

"Was that the bell?" Selena asked in a hurry looking around.

"We didn't hear anything." Jennifer said looking at Selena who is know trying to run away from us. Did we say something wrong or it was obvious that we where trying to get more out of here. I nodded in agreement with what Jennifer said.

"Well I am going to be late for Math then." Selena said walking fastly down the hallway.

Jennifer and I looked at each other probley thinking the same thing, boy we do have a mysterious best friend.

Chapter Three
Selena's POV
The Woos

"Mark, fruit smoothy; my favorite please?" I asked the guy who was at Ricco's cafe.

Mark Bails is one of the seniors of my High School, he is a very good soccer player, on the off season (A lot) you would see him working here.

"Coming up." He said turning to me and waving, then walking over to get a cup. "Can't you believe she doesn't want to get back with me? It was just a tourist!"

He was talking about his ex-girlfriend Sebrina Byran, who caught him at the wrong time making out with one of the tourist who goes threw this town. They where kind of doing the on-off again relationship thing, but this time she told him that she is breaking up with him for good.

"A tourist who wanted to cheat on her husband. She was like fourty something, but she looked like some collage girl." I told him.

"That wasn't funny." He told me handing me my drink.

"Well what wasn't funny?" asked someone behind me. I jumped fifty feet in the air.

"Drew you scared me! So here alone?" I asked flirtaishly.

"No Mandy is here too." he said waving Mandy over.

Great just what I want Miss Girlfriend to hang around, I am always going to be the other women, okay girl; since I am not eighteen yet.

"Hey Selena! How are you doing?" she asked me after she came over.

"I am good, you?" I said trying to hold back the I am pissed right now.

"I am good also." She responded.

"Wauna start drinking?" I asked, because I really need happy-hour right now.

"I am up for it." Mark said behind the counter.

"Really want to do it now, on a Monday AFTERNOON? Especially on a school day." asked Drew.

"Yeah. I can't wait until the night bash." I told him.

The police never come down here by the beach so they never see us drinking. They never really are active, unless a lot of money is stolden, someone gets killed, someone is having car trouble. But other than that, they don't care.

"Well I am going to skip this bash right now, and go watch the sunset with Mandy here." he told me walking away.

That is always our thing before the party. I felt ranging anger inside of me.

"Voka my fruit smoothy." I demanded.

"You and me both." He said pouring it in the smoothie.

"Cheers to confusing relationships." I said; holding up my glass and smacking it against the bottle in his hand, and then I drank from my smoothie and he drank from the bottle.

Chapter Four
Miscommunication
Nick's POV

"Nickyyyy. Can we at least have one night alone together?" My girlfriend Miley pleeded to me. Pulling on my arm refusing to go a forward anymore.

"Miley... It's the first day of school party. We never missed it. Also we're freshmen now. We can't hide from the seniors anymore." I told her refuring to last year, how the seniors would always take joy and teasing the eight graders every year in general chasing them around the beach and giving swriles to them or have them go dumster diving.

"It's not that, it's obvious that we aren't going to get caught here either, because the cops are not even doing their job, wait, do we even have cops?" she asked. She is talking about the lack of law inforcement that we have here in this town, nada. They don't do anything, so obviously we wheren't got to get under age drinking tickets. There is really not that much traffic until the tourist find out you could walk everywhere in this town. They not that big on stealing things either, I think. I never tried to so I wouldn't know. The only reason they are here to prevent murder. That was common around when our grandparents our age, gangs would come to this town and rip it up, well rip up the other gang, but by the time my our grandparents where out to high school they where droven out of here. I looked at her. "Come on we won't get into trouble, we won't miss anything either." Now pulling me torwards the sidewalk.

Then I saw something I never thought I would see. Selena drunk, very drunk. Okay I have seen it before, but not when she is moppy. She needs me.

"Miley can you just give it, like a couple minutes, and before you know it you will be the dancing queen of the party." I told her. "I have to go and do something." I said looking over in the drection of Selena.

"You want to talk to her. Miss. Wild Party Girl who doesn't give a sh*t about life." Miley told me know looking a little mad for some reason.

"She isn't a loser, Miley." I said storming off. This is the last straw I had with Miley, I was going to break up with her soon sometime, really soon.

"Selena." I said tapping her shoulder. Mark was there tending the place trying to get the hard liquor out of her hand and give her water or a lite beer.

She let go of the hard liquor and almost fell of her stool. I caught her.

"I think I will take that water to sober up a bit." she told Mark, which he threw her that. She caught it. Amazingly how drunk she was.

"Why did you start drinking hard core?" I asked her. "Is this new." I said looking conserned.

"None of your bussiness." I told him offensly. "I started this today, I think I am going to stop."

"That is good because your a pretty girl and you should not have done that or do that ever again." I told her, sweetly, more sweetly how I used to be with Miley.

"Thanks." Selena said blushing.

Miley's POV

I was watching my Nick talk to Selena. He was being more sweet to her than he is to me, and I am his.... Uh. GIRLFRIEND! I watched him walk away from Selena. Now it's my time to do some damage control.

"Selena... Want some water." I said walking up to her with a bottle full of clear hard liquor stuff. I had no idea what it was, but it could make you go insane when you drink it, it gets you really drunk and make you do things that you would never do when not drunk.

"Thanks." she said taking it and took a big drink out of it. It wouldn't influance her yet. Give it five minutes to sink in.

"I know how you feel about Nick." I told her. "But he doesn't feel the same way about you. I loves me and always will." I told her.

Selena's POV

I looked at her in shock. What he doesn't like me?! What is my world coming today? I thought. Does it hate me? I wondered.

"Tottles." She told me waving me good bye and walking off.

"Mark I am all sobbered up, hit me up with a couple shots." I told him.

"Okay." He said looking like he didn't believe me while pooring the drink into the shot cups.

A boy I never saw before in my life sat right next to me. "Hey I am Rodger. I am an extange student from Mexico. It's nice to meet you. What's your name?" he asked me.

"Selena who is having a bad day." I told him.

"Oh." He said looking down.

"Wauna do shots with me?" I asked felling a little better ready to have a good time and to live life. [Author Note: Miley's drink is kicking in.]

Chapter Five
Did you hear? Homecoming is coming!
Selena's POV

"...Students not but the least: Homecoming is coming up, in three weeks; I wouldn't mind all of you signing up for activities for the school is offering. The praide committee will be meeting today after school, the Homecoming dance committee will be meeting at lunch to. So feel free to joining..." The princable told everyone threw out the school in the speakers.

I was sitting at my desk in my first hour classroom. My head was banging, since I was hungover. I haven't been drunk like that since last years end of the eight grade party and we where being welcomed into the high school. Rodger the guy I hung out with next to me look like I did. Stoned. But not really. I never toughed pot last night... Or did I? I don't remember. To much dancing. That's all I remember Rodger and I dancing and having fun dancing together, and laughing our heads off.

"...Thank you so much for listening to the mourning annocements and have a good Tuesday." The princeable finished off. Always so nice. Truely he is a nice guy, he knows all of our names and faces.

"You guys may talk quitely among each other until the bell rings." My history teacher told us while he was getting all stuff ready for the next class.

"Rodger... Doing okay from last night?" I asked. Turning to him.

"I am okay. I haven't drank that much since last years Sinkico Daymio [(Spelling?)]." He told me. I smiled.

"I know how you feel." I told him. Obvious that he can see that too.

"Hey Selena... Party Girl." I felt a tape on my shoulder. I turned around to see who it was it was Taylor, one of my friends.

"Do you mind, going to meet me at my Mom's clothing shop?" She asked. She was talking about the clothing shop, the only place in our small little town. Mostly they have frabic and the make the cloths for you. It was a nice little company good bussiness. "With, Demi, Jennifer, Magen and Emily."

"Sure I would like that." I told her and smiled at her.

The bell rang.

"After school." She yelled to me when I was leaving the room.

This is going to be fun I thought.
