Can someone make me a blinkie or something like that?

So I've seen a few things in siggies that were cool like one letter at a time the letter lights up and then the other. For example: Eunice loves Nick Jonas (at least that's what I think that's what it says). I really want one soo umm, I guess I'll give ya the details!

*Font:anything cursive but not hard to read.
Words:I ♥ JB!
I want the letters to light up one at a time so really it's not a blinkie.

If you want you can make a blinkie and I'll just choose which one I like.
